Six-week Training Program
  • Initial phone consultation to discuss your goals, any limitations, and any concerns
  • Complete nutritional analysis of your current eating habits based on your food journal
  • Personalized Meal Plan (including any dietary restrictions, allergies, intolerances)
  • Fitness evaluation of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility
  • Six-week day-by-day workout plan specifically designed to help you achieve your goals
  • One personal training session to demonstrate program, monitor form and technique
  • Weekly progress tracker
  • Additional 6 week programs are available.
Fitness Program To Go
  • Initial phone consultation to discuss goals, any limitations, and any concerns
  • Fitness assessment and evaluation of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility
  • Body measurements and/or body composition analysis (if desired)
  • Complete six-week cardiovascular and strength training program
  • One personal training session to demonstrate program, monitor form and technique

Studio Training Packages

One hour of private and personalized training specifically designed with your goals in mind.

Enjoy quality time and get fit while training with your spouse, partner or significant other.

Each session includes one hour of private personalized training.

Sessions are billed per couple.

Bride to Be Program

How do you want to look on the most important day of your life?

This intensive 8-week fitness and nutrition program will transform, tighten, and tone you. Program includes:

  • Complete fitness and nutritional evaluations, personalized meal plan and workout schedules
  • 16 (1-hour) one-on-one private sessions, and weekly challenges
New Mom Fit Program

Motherhood demands endurance, this 12-week program will help you shed those pregnancy pounds while helping you become stronger and leaner. Program includes:

  • Complete fitness and nutritional evaluations, personalized meal plan and workout schedule.
  • 24 (1-hour) one-on-one private sessions and weekly challenges
Small Group Training Sessions

Get a total body workout while having fun with friends, coworkers, or neighbors.

All sessions are one hour and include individualized guidance. Groups are limited to four people.
